Apptomic’s apps reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time at their sole discretion. Updated terms will become effective immediately for new users and thirty (30) days after publication for existing users. You are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed.
Before sharing or reposting any content through the app, you must ensure that you have obtained proper authorization from all applicable copyright owners. You are solely responsible for securing all required permissions prior to publishing any media.
When required, appropriate attribution must be provided as agreed with the copyright holders. Any misuse, infringement, or unauthorized sharing of content may result in account suspension or permanent restriction. You remain fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent behavior may lead to immediate termination of service.

Media may be reposted to Instagram only with explicit consent from the relevant copyright holders. After reposting, any residual or stored media must be deleted. You are further prohibited from collecting private information of others or attempting to compromise the security of the system.
You agree that you will not use Apptomic’s apps in any way that:
All charges apply solely to the use of Apptomic’s services and do not grant ownership or licensing rights to the application itself. You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the current billing terms. All payments are final and non-refundable.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. To prevent automatic renewal, you must cancel your subscription through the “Manage App Subscriptions” section of the Apple App Store at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
Under no circumstances shall Apptomic’s apps be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application or its services. If violations of these Terms are detected, Apptomic reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate corrective actions.
